1. Services Provided

• VelocityCare provides school transportation for children with tracking and notifications through our app.
• Services are currently offered in Ballinasloe, with planned expansion to other cities.

2. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription plans: €60 weekly, €199 every 4 weeks, €1850 annually.
• Payments must be made in advance according to the selected plan.
• VelocityCare reserves the right to change subscription prices; users will be notified in advance.

3. Responsibilities

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
• Children must follow safety rules on the bus.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds or cancellations are subject to the terms outlined at signup.
• VelocityCare may cancel or reschedule services due to operational or safety reasons.

5. Liability

VelocityCare strives to provide safe and reliable service but is not liable for unforeseen incidents or delays outside our control. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and follow all safety regulations to ensure the wellbeing of the children in our care.

6. Data and Privacy

Use of VelocityCare services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and the data of your children.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through the app. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
